Solvista House provides property management services for properties purchased through our agency. The service will be relevant for clients who have purchased a property to rent out in the future and for clients who plan to come to their homes only during the vacations, as well as for clients who plan to stay in Spain and after the purchase of housing needs support

The following services are available:

  • concierge service to monitor your property,
  • assistance in re-registration of contracts for light, water and contract with the management company,
  • control of timely payment of utility bills,
  • registration (propiska) in the acquired real estate object
  • assistance in registration of insurance of real estate, health, vehicles.
  • real estate repair,
    assistance in registration of state health insurance (SIP)
  • assistance in enrolling a child in a public school in the place of residence or in a private school,
  • assistance in obtaining a foreigner’s number (NIE),
  • assistance in obtaining a residence permit
  • bank account opening
  • assistance of an interpreter and a lawyer
  • renting a real estate object short-term or long-term.

It is possible to provide complex or partial services within the framework of a signed contract. Move reports on all operations, including photos and videos of the condition of the housing.
